The AML / KYC Analyst will be responsible for conducting due diligence on new and existing clients to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations and guidelines. Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform Initial and/or Ongoing Due Diligence on a daily basis within the Private Asset or Traditional Funds team in line with internal policies and procedures and maintain the working tools operational and up-to-date.
• Regularly interact with clients and investors for clarifications around AML/KYC requirements and assist them in fulfilling the regulatory obligations.
• Perform open-source research – Corporate Intelligence – to complete files and gather corroborating or mitigating evidence, as the case may be.
• Assist line management in the preparation of appropriate reports for internal as well as external parties (Management Companies, AIFMs, GPs, official TAs …) and authorities where relevant, on initial due diligence activities, blocked accounts, high risk individuals and ad hoc demands.
• Be a key point of contact for the Client Service Delivery Managers on existing AML customer matters.

Your skills and experience:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the financial industry with exposure to international regulations
• Exposure to international investor base with proven exposure to AML matters, managing AML/KYC aspects
• Exposed to both traditional funds and private assets investors, complex structures
• Very good English language skills. Knowledge of French or German will be an asset.
• Good analytical skills, driven to seek solutions

• Ensure that the provided valuations are in line with the set plausibility checks as representativeness, recent update, regular variation, duly authorized price,

Your skills and experience:

• University degree in finance or economics (or equivalent),
• A first experience in the fund industry, and/or experience in Securities domain are an asset,
• Good knowledge of financial instruments and of financial market mechanisms are an asset,
• Fluent in English. French and German are an asset,
• Excellent organizational skills, team spirit, flexibility, communication, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility,

To realize our ambitious goals, we are looking for a fund accountant to join our Corporate Actions and Interests team in Core Fund Accounting department within Operations.

In our team you would be responsible for the full processing, booking and control of cash, income and share deals. To ensure automated processing you will be the first point of contact to develop our interfaces with our IT.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• recording and posting of income payments (including dividends, coupons, interest, withholding tax refunds and payments in connection with term loans and class action)
• processing, controlling, and booking of existing commissions as well as monitoring of the corresponding incoming payments
• contacting with clients, custodians, and our Asset Managers for operational issues
• reconciliation of internal and external positions of bank accounts
• processing of SWIFT deliveries MT940 / 950
• taking part in process improvement initiatives and implementation of new processing services
• booking and controlling of share subscriptions/redemptions, transfers, and conversions
• responsibility for other daily processing services

 
Your skills and experience:

• experience in fund accounting area ideally from investment management company or custodian and/or in the securities accounting / income department of a bank
• previous experience with Asset Managers, different contracting parties, brokers,
• third party banks, transfer agents, etc.
• knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments (securities, loans, funds, fixed deposits, etc.);
• very good knowledge of MS Office and its applications
• very good English skills
• university degree in finance, economics or business management would be advantageous

To achieve our ambitious growth goals, we are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Specialist who will join our team Legal & Regulatory Reporting that provides, that provides CRR reporting, Solvency II reports and other regulatory reports to our clients.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Set up, production and filing of reports to regulatory authorities (Bundesbank, BaFin) and BVI
• Pursuing internal checks and data validations prior to report generation
• Distribution of reporting to clients
• Monitoring regulatory changes
• Supporting implementation of regulatory changes in IT systems and workflows
• Preparing written process documentation
• Supporting clients, internal and external auditors, and other stakeholders regarding reporting-related matters
• Supporting projects and initiatives

 
Your skills and experience:

As successful candidate, you will bring the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related subject
• Several years’ working experience in area of asset management or accounting for investment funds, preferably gained at an investment management company, asset management firm, custodian bank or advisory firm
• Strong quantitative background
• High commitment, flexibility, and motivation
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Know-how of regulatory environment (e.g., AIFMD directive) is a plus but can be learned on-the-job
• Proficient in MS Office (in particular Excel) and conventional information systems
• Very good knowledge of English (inwriting and speaking)
• Very good knowledge of German (in writing and speaking)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Within the framework of our Risk and Performance Analysis Services offered to our clients, you will be asked to do the following tasks:

• Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework which complies with regulatory (UCITS/AIF) risk requirements
• Manage various advanced risk measures including but not limited to market risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, stress testing and back-testing
• Investigation and resolution of data/analytics issues in calculation processes
• Ensure production of added value reports: risk, performance measurement, attribution, and contribution reports
• Manage the relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate actively in the implementation, set-up, and review of services

 
Your skills and experience:

• Master’s degree in economics or finance (or equivalent) with a first experience in a similar position
• Good understanding of European regulatory frameworks in risk management
• Good understanding of a wide variety of financial instruments and related risk factors in the context of portfolio and risk management
• Experience of VaR models and performance analysis (attribution/contribution) would be an advantage
• Problem solving skills and ability to explain complicated concepts clearly
