Strategies for incorporating sustainability risks
In accordance with Article 3 of the Disclosure Regulation, the handling of sustainability risks in investment decisions of UI BVK Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH is disclosed.Sustainability risks are environmental, social or governance events or conditions whose occurrence could have an actual or potential material adverse effect on the value of a fund's investment.

Statement on principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors
Principle Adverse Impacts (PAI for short) comprise potential adverse effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors. Sustainability factors include environmental, social and employee concerns, respect for human rights and the fight against corruption and bribery.
In April 2023, UI BVK Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH updated the declaration on the main adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors in accordance with the requirements of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1288 of April 6, 2022. Among other things, the model table for reporting the figures was included in this context.
In accordance with the requirements of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1288, the declaration of UI BVK Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH was adjusted as at June 30, 2023 in order to disclose the main adverse effects of investment decisions relating to the 2022 calendar year for the first time.
Since then, the main adverse effects of the investment decisions have not been taken into account.
